<title><![CDATA[小手帮助听]]></title>

<P><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; “专心听讲”——恐怕是老师们对学生们提的首要的、重要的、最频繁的要求了。可是，尽管我们苦口婆心，真正专心听讲的学生有多少呢？特别是低段的学生，专心听讲的人就更少了。当然这跟他们年龄特点有关，也跟孩子的倾听习惯有关。因此，培养一个良好的倾听习惯显得尤为重要。</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; “专心听讲”，首先是——听，听是先导，是基础，如果没有“听”，“讲”就无从谈起了。所以我一直在苦苦探索如何让孩子听得更好。</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 在课堂上，我发现孩子们倾听状况令人担忧。比如：指名读课文时，其他孩子在干什么呢？心不在焉；小声说话；做小动作；看着书本，其实没听……当一个孩子读完后，我请其他学生评评他读课文的情况，很少的孩子只能说出个大概：他读得很轻；他读得很流利。当我问到：“刚才他有个地方读错了，你听出来了吗？”只有几个学生听到。</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 我做了个实验：在一名学生读课文时，</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1、我不说任何话，让学生在自然的状态下听。</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2、我请大家拿好书，仔细听。</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3、用手指点着听。</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 结果，可想而知，第1种情况，效果最差，第3种情况效果最好。用手指点着听，每一个孩子都能听得很仔细，连一个最小的细节也不放过：他多了一个字；他把“眨”读成平舌音了；他这个字不认识，停下来好久……</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 用手帮助听，效果的确好。可是每次都点着听好不好？如果这种方式用多了，不点着听时，是不是就更听不好了，还是会对培养良好倾听习惯有所益？我要继续探索，以待后效……</SPAN></P>]]></description>

<DIV><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">&nbsp;今天在课堂上，我表扬了一个经常举手的孩子：“夏俊豪虽然个子最小，但他很聪明。你们知道他为什么这么聪明吗？——因为他上课专心听讲，热烈发言。哪些小朋友也想自己变得聪明一些，就像他一样多举手吧！”变聪明！谁不想啊，我的话一出口，效果就来了。有一两个孩子马上举手了，我请他们发言，还不忘表扬：“毛佳旭举手了，他想变聪明，沈晓东也举手了，他也想变聪明！”这样，举手的人越来越多了，这才是“小手如林”。</SPAN></DIV>

<DIV><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 常常听高段的老师感慨：班里发言的学生很少，哪像低段，小手如林。可我发现事实并非如此。特别是近阶段，我们在学前鼻韵母、后鼻韵母，学生对拼拼音的反应是“爱拼音好难”。经常举手的只有4、5人，因为很多孩子是不会拼，手举不起来，有的孩子是怕拼错，胆子小，还有的孩子好像已经习惯了，上课不会听，更不会举手发言。目前的状况真让我苦恼。如何改观呢？&nbsp;我想出了上面的办法。&nbsp;虽然有的孩子只是“鹦鹉学舌”，自己并不会拼拼音。但他举手了，就说明他专心听了。这样发言的人一多，专心听的人也多了，教学效果就更好了。当然，这个办法比较适用低年级，对于高年级可能效果就没那么好了。</SPAN></DIV>
